Jet Li Martial Arts DVDs

Jet Li Martial Arts DVDs are immensely popular. Since 1982, Asian actor Jet Li has slowly built his acting career and film credits to include some of the most popular and highest earning films on both sides of the Pacific, which make these martial arts DVDs one of the most popular rental or purchase items in the martial arts entertainment genre today.

Since his humble beginnings in Chinese films such as Shaolin Temple, made in 1982, to his 2006 blockbuster called Fearless, Jet Li has become a favorite in dramatic martial arts films on both sides of the Pacific, competing with fellow martial arts experts like Jackie Chan and Chow Yun-Fat for decades.

One of Li's most popular films, and a public favorite, was a 2002 film called Hero. Some of Lee's other popular films, including the early 1990s series of Once Upon a Time in China, parts one, two, and three, are films he made for United States audiences. Perhaps his most familiar American martial arts films began with Lethal Weapon 4, Hitman, and Romeo Must Die. After that, Li's popularity took off until he has become a household name on both sides of the Pacific.

With boyish good looks, Li has awed audiences for years with his strength, speed, and flexibility using a variety of martial arts styles. While small in stature, Li's martial arts forms incorporate a huge sense of strength and power in what sometimes appear to be effortless moves and techniques.

Lee is also known for his philanthropic efforts and bodies of work. Working in conjunction with other famous Asian actors such as Chow Yun-Fat and Jackie Chan, Jet Li as brought attention to national disasters that have occurred in the last few years, especially those in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Despite his immense popularity and earning power, Jet Li personifies, in many opinions, a man of humble attitudes and spirit.

After his most recent 2007 films, War and The Warlords, Jet Li has sets his sights for some releases next year that will please a wide variety of audiences. Filming The Forbidden Kingdom, and the third installment of the Mummy movie series called Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, Li continues to please audiences and fans around the world with his characters in film personas. Anyone looking for stimulating action should check out Jet Li martial arts DVDs, where action and superior fighting skills and choreography are guaranteed to please.
